Ryan brings 30+ years of real estate experience and a track record of more than $1B in transactions. His experience began through his family’s multifamily investment and development business in Arizona and continued through property operations, investing and entrepreneurship.
After graduating from Santa Clara University, Ryan founded Modus, Inc., a San Francisco-based wireless infrastructure company. Under Ryan’s leadership, Modus completed two private equity transactions. Ryan remains an owner of Modus today.
Ryan holds an active California Real Estate Broker’s License. He is a graduate of Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix, Arizona, and earned a B.S. in Commerce with an emphasis in Finance from Santa Clara University in 1997. CA DRE #01517421
